Девушка скинула половину своего веса, а теперь работает моделью и тренером по фитнесу. Хорошая мотивация для толстяков и слабаков.Как за четыре года изменить свою жизнь сбросив вес? Датчанка Матильда Броберг (Mathilde Broberg) весила 120 килограмм. Девушка регулярно позволяла себе калорийную пищу и различные сладости в больших количествах. Она решила похудеть после того, как начала испытывать неудобства при общении с людьми, стесняться общества незнакомцев и друзей. Броберг перешла на правильное питание, в рамках которого позволяла себе 3,5 тысячи калорий в сутки и занималась в спортзале. В течение четырех лет датчанке удалось сбросить 63 килограмма.

Теперь 21-летняя Броберг работает тренером по фитнесу, а также снимается для рекламы, модных и спортивных журналов. «Если бы три года назад, кто-то сказал бы мне, что я стану тренером и манекенщицей, я бы просто посмеялась над этим», — сказала она.

У модели остался шрам, от удаления лишней кожи.

Measurements ⯑⯑ This is crazy! _ If I can do it so can you! Anything is possible it you want enough — never stop believing in yourself and stay strong. This is a journey that’s been going on since summer, 2012. My weightloss journey ended 2,5 years ago and since that I’ve been working out in the gym minimum 3 times EVERY week. In a period from Fall, 2014 to Summer, 2015 I’ve been eating too healthy (and too little) + worked out 6 times pr week. At that time my measurements were lower than they are now — At 57 kg (125lbs) _ Bust: 79 cm Waist: 60 cm Hip: 80 cm _ I was really skinny at that time but I had loose skin/harsh fat .. I started to eat more (2200kcal) everyday and I’ve been following well organized workout schedules for 1 year now and this is where I am today. Hard work do pay off! _ If you really want to change your life you gotta decide to find the power within you. You are the only one to make it happen. You’re the only one who controls what goes in to your mouth, how long you walk, how much you’re being active. Get control over your brain, because that’s the one you can blame: You’re in control, not your inner-voice! Don’t waist time on the right time to come — there is no perfect time, you just have to start and never look back. TUMMY TUCK ⯑⯑ I’ve never showed a picture of my old stomach — I HATED my old look! I felt terrible and it killed me mentally... Because of the mental harm it caused and some other qualifications the hospital paid for my operation — I’m so blessed! I’m 20 years I can’t afford operations that expensive ⯑ It doesn’t look that bad in the picture tho, but irl it was terrible! I’ve worked my ASS of at the gym to get the body I have today + dieting right! After I had my tummy tuck I was literally skin, bones and a tiny bit of muscle mass.. My weight said 57 kg/125 lbs (ish) and I’m 176/5’9 ⯑ But then I started bulking! And I had my workout program made by @frederiklundberg — and DAAAMN! Crazy legday with my girl @sarahsorensendk (check her out!! She’s beautiful and amazing) _ Went for a little celebration workout with my girl to celebrate that we passed the exam (And we did gooood⯑⯑⯑) — that means we are officially certificated fitness instructors!! Treat it nice; words and thoughts ❤️ And fuel it with healthy nutritious food. _ As many of you guys know, I’ve gained quite a lot of weight in a year. (11 kg/24lbs) Mostly muscle mass to fill out excess skin (because skinny-fit isn’t an option for me with my skin/old harsh fat) and I’ve finally got to a place where I’m OK with the fact that I’ll never get skinny! _ Don’t reach for unnatural goals! And accept your body type ❤️ I will for an example never get those curvy hips because my hips are super narrow, and my legs are pretty thick and I have a long torso! Don’t compare you with others, but love your OWN body ❤️

15 years VS 20 years ⯑⯑ ☀️ _ read below☀️ _ I’ve lost the weight all by myself by eating less, healthy and I skipped all the bad stuff (candy, fastfood, chips etc etc) and also I don’t really eat bread or pasta ☺️ I didn’t workout out in the beginning — I lost the first 25 kg just by eating less and healthy (1400 kcal) AND I was active all day ☝⯑️ Don’t be lazy — get up and do something; walk, clean, meet up with friends etc ☺️ _ When I was 168 lbs/74 kg i started working out on a regular basis ⯑⯑ From 2014-2015 I was eating a low amount of calories (1600 kcal) and I worked out 5-6 times pr week — that was waaaaay too much ⯑ Don’t stress your body like that !! And then I had my tummy tuck in September 2015 (I weighted 125 lbs at this point and I’m 5’9 — 57 kg 176 cm) _ Since November 2015 I’ve been bulking (I eat around 2400 kcal each day) and lift heavy + following a program made by @frederiklundberg ⯑⯑⯑⯑ I think I’ve done a good job so far and I can’t wait to see what the next few month will bring because I’ll start doing squats again (fuck yeah) ⯑⯑⯑⯑ #weightlossjourney#fitnessmotivation#beforeandafterweightloss

How to get an insta-body / the famous thighgap ☝⯑️ Read below _ Don’t believe blind sighted in everything you see on Instagram, Facebook or even YouTube. A thigh cap is not for everyone and most people fake it. All you have to do to achieve those ‘curves’ is to tilt back your hips and lower back and adjust the rest of your pose to make it look natural... Keep that in mind ❤️ You need special genetics to achieve a natural thigh gap. So by faking it you just add fuel to the bonfire of low-self esteem and that’s not positive. Fuck thigh gaps haha. Accept your body and your body type. Find yourself a body-idol that matches your body type. I for instance have narrow hips and thick thighs. I will never get those model legs or round curvy hips. I’ve accepted that. I’m 5’9/176 cm and weigh 68 kg. When I was down at 57 kg everything looked terrible. I was sacky, had no ass OR any thigh gap. Love and accept your body.
